The first edition of Navalshore Amazônia will be held at the Amazonas Vasco Vasques Convention Center, with 100% of the space sold. There will be 54 stands, representing more than 100 national and international brands. Dedicated to the river naval industry, the event will bring together, in the largest and most modern space of its kind in the North of Brazil, suppliers of specialized products and services, such as engine manufacturers, communication equipment and shipyards from May 24th to 26th, from 1pm to 8pm.

The address is Avenida Constantino Nery, 5001 – Flores, next to Arena da Amazônia, in Manaus and the complete program can be seen at https://am.navalshore.com.br/pt/

The fair and conference are an offshoot of the traditional Navalshore held since 2004 in Rio de Janeiro, dedicated to the maritime naval industry. This is a regional phase of Navalshore, the largest fair in the segment in South America, considered an obligatory meeting point for shipping companies, shipyards and ship parts suppliers.

According to the organizers, the search for spaces at the fair continues, however, there is no longer any possibility of physical expansion in the pavilion.

“We have more than 350 brands and 7 thousand qualified professionals who will bring business opportunities to Manaus, including the main shipyards and shipowners in the Amazon region. Participation in this event with this proportion will certainly highlight the exhibitor among the main brands in the river naval sector, in addition to providing direct contact with decision makers, an unmissable chance to launch products and increase visibility”, highlighted Marcos Godoy, director of Navalshore and Revista Portos e Navios.

Parallel to the fair, a conference and a series of lectures will be held. The conference, held on the first two days of the event, will have two panels. On the 24th, the first panel will be dedicated to financing the shipping industry, with the participation of representatives from entities such as the Ministry of Ports and Airports (MPA), the Financier of Studies and Projects (Finep) and Caixa Econômica Federal.

On the 25th, the panel will have the theme “The future of navigation in the Amazon – Trends and Opportunities”, with the participation of the Institute of Technological Research, SINDNAVAL – Union of the Shipbuilding, Nautical, Offshore and Repair Industry of Amazonas and the Union of River Navigation Companies in the State of Amazonas (Sindarma).
